2017 San Jose Hackers Master Chess Camp
The 5 day camp will be coached by our very own San Jose Hackers Team members including:
GM Shakhriyar Mamedyarov - Classical World Rank #6, Rapid World Rank #3 and this year became the 13th player in history to reach FIDE 2800 rating. He is also the current leader of the FIDE Grand Prix for a spot in the 2017 Candidates Tournament
GM Rauf Mamedov - Blitz World Rank #9 and former European Blitz Champion
GM Daniel Naroditsky - former World Junior Champion and U.S. Junior Champion, BAC Elite Team Coach and current U.S. ranked #10
GM Zviad Izoria - former World Youth Champion and BAC coach. Current U.S. ranked #12
GM Cristian Chirila - former World Youth Champion and BAC Elite Team coach. Winner of 2016 Millionaire Chess U/2550 section and commentator for the St. Louis Chess Club.
IM Kostya Kavutskiy - BAC Coach and newly minted IM
IM Elect Faik Aleskerov - BAC Coach and coach of many enrichment and team classes
This will be one of the strongest chess camps ever assembled anywhere, and an opportunity that cannot be missed. This camp is for players rated above 1500 and the camp will be divided into sections based on strength, which should be well suited for players as high as 2300.
