  These recurring tournaments have spawned most youth prodigies on the Top 100 list. If you want to get to the top, the journey starts here... Let the journey begin!
  You may participate in either or both of the following events...
  Tip: Choose Swiss and/or Quads based on your schedule... Swiss are in the morning and slightly longer than the Quads in the afternoon.
  
  Please note: these tournaments are for scholastic players of 18 years or younger, and with rating under 1400.
  Adults and advanced scholastic players shoud consider regular recurring tournaments like GrandPrix and Championships.

• Swiss

  Prizes: All players with a plus score and teams in each section
  

  ---

  Schedule: 4 games from 10am to about 1:30pm
  (Onsite Registration: 9:30-9:45am - Check-in is not required)
  
  Time Control: G/30 d5
  (each player gets 30 minutes, so one game can last up to an hour)
  

  ---

  3 sections: unrated & u500, 500-799, 800+
  
  Please, note that sections might be merged based on registration numbers.
  Inquire possible merging on site at TD or via email.

  Entry Fee: 34
  Play-up Fee: +$10
  Please, note that there is a maximum of 100 point rating difference between the player's supplemental rating and the requested sections' lowest rating, unless TD allows special exceptions.
  
  Late Fee: 15 extra onsite & less than 3 days before tourney, or earlier if venue fills up.
  

• Quads

  Prizes: All players with a plus score

  Reqd Check-in & Registration: 1:30-2pm
  3 round-robin games, 2pm to about 5pm
  
  Time Control: G/30 d5
  (each player gets 30 minutes, so one game can last up to an hour)
  
  Important: Check-in with the TD is REQUIRED. If you do not check in by 2:00pm, you WILL NOT PLAY.

  Sections: Four players based on rating/age - select rated or non-rated options - USCF membership is required
